Vinyasa Yoga

It was created after Bikram Choudhury and is the original hot natural yoga practice that was established in the 1970s. There are 26 asanas, which in other words are 26 poses performed with two exercises for breathing in a room of 104 to 105 degrees.

Prenatal Yoga

Pregnant women are accustomed to this practice as it deals with pelvic floor exercises which help for labor. The room should have a good temperature with perfect ventilation to avoid overheating. The main focus is to maintain stability. 

Kundalini Yoga

It combines movement, sound, and breath altogether. Its origin comes from the Sanskrit word "kundal" which means coiled energy. It acts in many poses while meditating with challenging breathing exercises.

Restorative Yoga

After a long day, it's important to calm down and put your mind to relaxing. Its main goal is for your body to be relaxed and your mind to be free. You are to do some exercises that seem easy and relaxing for a good period.

Ashtanga Yoga

The Sanskrit meaning of this practice is "Eight Limb Path". It's commonly performed by Indians. For starters, you start with five 'A' sun salutations, followed by five 'B' sun salutations. After that, you then move to stand and floor postures.

Yin Yoga

This is a meditative kind of yoga that helps you to find inner peace. It originally comes from the Chinese philosophies in the ancient days whereby there was a belief that energy is passed through pathways in our bodies. Yin Yoga is an exercise where you are in a seated or standing position performing at a slow pace.

Jivamukti Yoga

It has a combination of Vinyasa yoga and spiritual teachings in connection to the Earth and nature. Before starting this practice, music has to fill up the room, and then you may start your poses.

Anusara Yoga

It's similar to Hatha yoga but is more modernized. Your spiral organ is the main focus of this practice. The focus is on how each member of your body functions.
