For Australia, the following shipping rates apply:
International Shipping Australia 0kg–2kg
$23.50 NZD
International Shipping Australia 2kg–3.5kg
$35.00 NZD
International Shipping Australia 3.5kg–5.5kg
$58.00 NZD
* Order cut-off is 2:00pm Monday to Friday
* Order processing is 24 hrs Monday to Friday
* Estimated transit time via DHL is 3-5 day Monday to Sunday
For additional international shipping rates, please add your address at checkout to view pricing. This service usually takes between 7 – 21 business days. It is a tracked service and your tracking number will be send when your order is shipped. For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred.
Tracking
Once you have placed your order online, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and send it from our distribution centre before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order.
I entered my address incorrectly, what can I do?
If you have incorrectly entered your address details, the best thing to do is wait for your shipping email to arrive in your inbox. This contains information of your tracking number, which you can use to contact the shipping courier directly.
How is my Yoga Mat shipped?
To protect your Mat, our Yoga Mats are shipped in individual boxes. If you have ordered a Yoga Mat along with other items, your Yoga Mat will be shipped separately to these other items.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If I live outside of New Zealand can I still shop at yogatribe.co.nz?
Yes, you can! For placing order to Europe, for the best shipping rates, please order from https://www.yogatribe.eu/ For all other countries, please enter your address at checkout to view international shipping rates.

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
