Come to Rise & Vibe!
We are two Latin women who came to Aotearoa carrying the rhythm, warmth and passion of
our homelands.
We saw a city full of beauty and potential, but also full of people carrying stress, often
disconnected from joy... and from each other.
So we created Rise & Vibe !!! a gathering where people can dance, connect, and reset when the day begins.
A space where it's safe to move, to laugh, to bring your kids, your neighbours, and your heart.
A place where strangers become friends.
Rise & Vibe is the shift we wanted to see, a joyful, healthy, inclusive alternative for finishing the week with purpose and presence.
We believe movement is medicine. Music is healing.
And community is the best kind of therapy.
We invite you to be part of this shift and help us bring more joy, resilience, and connection to the heart of Auckland, one morning at a time.
Our Hosts
DJ Morpho (left): our resident DJ, keeping the room alive with signature beats that get everyone moving and smiling. Every event, the music flows from chill to energetic, giving the perfect soundtrack to your Sunday morning. She has the ability to read the room and bring the exact beats are needed.
Coka Klug (right): is the creator of YogaTribe®, New Zealand's
first eco-friendly yoga mat and one of the country's original wellness communities. Now, with the launch of YogaTribe 2.0….. after a year gap.
Rise & Vibe becomes a natural extension of that mission: movement, community, and
reconnection.

Suprises: we often have mat Pilates, Yoga, Breathwork and even LIve DJ's guests!
