Wow where do I start. This eco 100% organic mat has a beautiful gripping so the feet don't slip while doing yoga, which in-turn it helps when rolling it up and keeps it rolled up when not in use. I love that is made out pf natural products that it feels so soft and yet comfy too lie on compared too other yoga mats out there. Theres penalty off roman the mat and even my dog loves to lie on it.
