If anything isn’t right due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace your mat. Simple as that.

This is our promise to you: quality, longevity, and a practice you can rely on.

As our mats are made from natural jute fibres, you may notice slight variations in texture or some initial shedding. This is completely normal and part of the organic nature of the material.

What’s Covered

We’re here to help if something isn’t right from the start. The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing faults or defects
• Surface imperfections such as divots or excessive pulls in the jute
• Damage identified upon arrival
• Ongoing, excessive residue beyond the initial settling period

What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair and sustainable, the warranty doesn’t cover damage that occurs through use, storage, or external factors. This includes:

• Natural variations in colour or texture
• Wear and tear over time
• Creasing from incorrect storage (we recommend storing mats flat or rolled)
• Damage from pets
• Exposure to excessive moisture, submersion in water, or harsh cleaning products
• Damage from vacuuming
• Outdoor or environmental damage
• Use outside of yoga or similar practices
• Slippage (as this can vary depending on environment, practice style, and individual preference)
