Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 October 2026

YogaTribe is running two giveaways: the TRIBE Giveaway (for people who haven't bought from us yet) and Share Your Story (for YogaTribe customers). By entering, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is YogaTribe NZ (NZBN 9429048377553), 43d Line Road, Glen Innes, Auckland 1072, New Zealand ("YogaTribe", "we", "us").

These giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with them.

2. Who can enter

  • Residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 or over.
  • YogaTribe staff, their immediate families and agencies involved in the giveaway can't enter.
  • You can enter on Instagram or on our website. If you enter on Instagram, you need a public or reachable account so we can contact you by direct message. If you enter on our website, we contact you by email.

3. Dates

Both giveaways open on Tuesday 27 October 2026 and close at 11:59 pm New Zealand time (NZDT) on Monday 23 November 2026. Winners are announced on Tuesday 24 November 2026.

4. TRIBE Giveaway (no purchase necessary)

How to enter: any of these counts as one entry:

  • On Instagram: follow @yogatribeofficial and comment the word TRIBE on the giveaway post, or send us TRIBE by direct message (including from the button in our emails or on our website). Then follow the steps in the message we send you.
  • On our website: fill in your first name, email and country at yogatribeofficial.com/pages/giveaway.

Extra entry: you can get one extra entry by tagging a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Maximum three entries per person in total (Instagram, website and one tag).

No purchase is necessary and buying something does not improve your chances.

Prize: two YogaTribe mats: one for a winner living in New Zealand and one for a winner living in Australia. The design is announced with the giveaway. Retail value up to NZD 160 each.

How winners are chosen: at random from all valid entries, after the giveaway closes. Winners are announced on Tuesday 24 November 2026.

5. Share Your Story (YogaTribe customers)

Who can enter: people who have bought a YogaTribe mat.

How to enter: send us a short video (15 to 40 seconds) about your practice with your YogaTribe mat while the giveaway is open, either by Instagram direct message to @yogatribeofficial or with a link to your video through the form at yogatribeofficial.com/pages/share-your-story. One entry per person.

Prize: one YogaTribe mat. The design is announced with the giveaway. Retail value up to NZD 160.

How the winner is chosen: the YogaTribe team chooses the video that best shares a genuine experience with the mat, judged on honesty, clarity and creativity. Chance plays no part. The winner is announced on Tuesday 24 November 2026.

Thank-you code: everyone who takes part receives a 10% discount code for their next order, subject to the code's own conditions (one use per customer).

Using your video: by sending us your video, you confirm it's yours and that everyone who appears in it agrees. You give YogaTribe permission to use, edit and share it, with your first name, on our social media, website, emails and ads, with no payment. If you'd like us to stop using it, message us and we won't use it in anything new.

6. Winners

  • We contact winners by direct message from @yogatribeofficial only, or by email if they entered on our website. We'll never ask for a payment, card details or passwords. Any other account claiming to be us is not us.
  • Winners have 7 days to reply with a delivery address in their country. If we don't hear back, or a winner isn't eligible, we choose another winner the same way.
  • We announce winners by first name and city on Instagram and in our emails. If you'd rather not be named, tell us when you reply.
  • We ship prizes for free within New Zealand and Australia.

7. The prize

Prizes can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. If the announced design is no longer available, we'll offer a design of equal or greater value. Prizes are covered by our Mat Guarantee like any other mat.

8. Fair play

We may disqualify entries that use fake or multiple accounts or emails, automated tools, or content that is offensive or not your own. If something outside our control affects a giveaway, we may change or cancel it, and we'll tell you on Instagram. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) or the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Your information

We use your details only to run the giveaway and, if you agree, to send you emails from YogaTribe. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
